Aged Care – In-Home Support Worker

Provide daily life support and care for elderly clients in their private homes.

Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and basic healthcare needs.

Prepare meals and perform light domestic duties to maintain a safe living environment.

Accompany clients to community activities, recreational outings, and provide transportation assistance as required.

Monitor health status and report any physical or mental changes to the management team.

• Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant Australian specialized certifications are highly preferred.
